Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the Ta5 Collections website only.

Description of Goods

We promise to make sure that all the information, like descriptions and prices, about the products on our website is accurate when we put it there. Sometimes, for a few items like popular books, we might use general pictures instead of specific ones. If we make a mistake with product info, like prices or deals, we might have to say no to orders.

Product Availability

We might not always have all the items you want in stock when you order from our website. If that happens, we might suggest a similar alternative or give you a refund.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a return policy that lasts for 7 days from the date you received your item. To return an item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all packaging and Ta5 Collections labels still attached.

 

You have 3 days from receiving your item to let us know if you want to return it, and then 4 more days to actually return it. If you contact us after the 3-day period or fail to return the item within 7 days, we won't be able to refund your order unless the item is defective or damaged. All items being returned should be in a condition suitable for resale.

When you send back your item, we'll process it and give you the option of receiving a replacement (unless it's a second-hand, rare expensive item) or a refund. If you choose a refund, we'll refund the full price of the item but may deduct any mandatory delivery charges. If your order contained more than one item, you'll only be refunded for the returned product.

We'll notify you via email once your refund is processed. It may take a few days for the funds to appear back in your account. You'll receive the refund in the same form of payment you used for the purchase.

Security

By placing your order, you're agreeing to buy the items and allowing Ta5 Collections to use your personal information to deliver them. For more details on privacy and security, please refer to Ta5 Collections' Privacy Policy.

Losses

We won't be responsible for any business losses, like profits, revenue, contracts, or data, if you use our website or buy goods from us. This includes indirect or consequential losses, even if it was possible to predict the loss when you started using the website or when we made the sale. However, we still have to take responsibility for any harm or injury caused by our negligence, breach of duty, gross negligence, or intentional wrongdoing, as required by law.

Revision of Service or Modifications to the Terms

We can change our website, rules, and buying terms anytime. When you use the website or buy stuff, you follow the rules and terms that are in place at that time. If a law or government needs us to change something, those changes apply to orders made before. If any rule isn't valid, it won't affect the other rules.

Occurrences Beyond Our Foreseeable Influence

We absolve ourselves of liability for any delays or inability to fulfill our duties outlined in these terms, should such delays or failures be caused by circumstances beyond our control. This clause does not diminish your legal entitlements.
